each step has its trigger, so you can start at any step if the conditions are met.
1) when you draw a card, Psychic Corrosion will make each opponent mill 2.
2) when your opponents mill 2 or more nonland cards total,

and on a creature that you haven't put a counter on this turn (namely a token made byScurry Oak
). 3) resolve the triggered ability ofScurry Oak
, and create a token. then reslove your new creature's ability granted byDanny Pink
and draw a card. return to step 1. since each time you make each opponent mill 2, and you need your opponents to mill at least 2 nonlands in total, this has a slim chance of failing each time, but each creature you have that you haven't put a counter on yet gives you an extra chance to revive the combo if you're unlucky.
