This card, Always Watching, would benefit a white weenie or aggro deck that focuses on attacking with small creatures. While it provides a boost to your creatures and grants them vigilance, there are other cards like Honor of the Pure that offer a similar effect for a lower mana cost. Whether Always Watching should see play would depend on the specific strategy and synergy of the deck, but it could be a solid inclusion in the right build.
