A deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's hand size and dealing direct damage would benefit from using Blightning. This card is particularly effective in aggressive decks that aim to apply pressure early on and disrupt the opponent's game plan. While Blightning is a solid choice for these strategies, there are other cards like Kolaghan's Command that offer similar effects with more versatility, making them potentially better options depending on the deck's overall strategy. Blightning can still see play in certain metagames or sideboard situations where its specific effects are particularly valuable.
