Een deck dat zowel zwarte als rode manabronnen bevat, zou baat hebben bij het gebruik van Dragonskull Summit, omdat het flexibiliteit biedt bij de manaproductie. Er zijn echter betere dubbele landen beschikbaar, zoals Blood Crypt of Bloodstained Mire, die consistenter onbenut kunnen blijven. Dragonskull Summit zou nog steeds kunnen worden gespeeld in budgetdecks of in decks die extra dubbele landen nodig hebben om hun manabasis te ondersteunen.

This checks for lands you control with the land type Swamp or Mountain, not for lands named Swamp or Mountain. The lands it checks for don’t have to be basic lands. For example, if you control Stomping Ground (a nonbasic land with the land types Mountain and Forest), Dragonskull Summit will enter the battlefield untapped.
