About Corrupt
Corrupt, Tovenarij, designed by Vincent Evans first released in Oct, 1998 in the set Urza's Saga and was printed exactly in 16 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.10.
Een mono-zwart controledek zou het meeste baat hebben bij het opnemen van Corrupt in zijn strategie, omdat het de speler beloont voor het beheersen van een groot aantal moerassen en zowel schade als levenswinst oplevert. Hoewel Corrupt krachtig kan zijn in het juiste kaartspel, zijn er betere kaarten die vergelijkbare effecten bieden, zoals Exsanguinate, die schade aan meerdere doelen kan toebrengen en levens kan opleveren op basis van de totale hoeveelheid uitgegeven mana. Of Corrupt mag worden gespeeld, hangt af van de strategie van het specifieke kaartspel en de synergie met andere kaarten, maar het kan een sterke toevoeging zijn aan een controledek met veel moerassen.
