Exponentiële groei, Tovenarij, designed by Izzy first released in april 2021 in the set Strixhaven: School of Mages and was printed exactly in 5 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0,42.
Exponentiële groei zou gunstig zijn in een groen rampdeck dat tot doel heeft snel een grote boardaanwezigheid op te bouwen. Er zijn echter betere kaarten zoals Overrun of Craterhoof Behemoth die vergelijkbare effecten bieden met meer impact. Hoewel Exponential Growth in bepaalde decks situationeel spel kan opleveren, is het misschien niet de beste keuze voor competitief spel vanwege de hoge manakosten en de beperkte impact in vergelijking met andere opties.

If a creature’s power is less than 0 when it’s doubled, instead that creature gets -X/-0, where X is how much less than 0 its power is. For example, if an effect has given a 5/5 creature -7/-0 so that it’s a -2/5 creature, doubling its power makes it a -4/5 creature.

If an effect instructs you to “double” a creature’s power, that creature gets +X/+0, where X is its power as that effect begins to apply. (This is not the value of X you chose when you cast the spell)
