Een Harrow-kaart zou nuttig zijn in een ramp-deck dat zich richt op het versnellen van de manaproductie door land op te offeren voor extra grondstoffen. Hoewel Harrow een handig hulpmiddel kan zijn om basisgronden te bemachtigen en snel op te bouwen, zijn er potentieel betere opties zoals Cultivate of Kodama's Reach die vergelijkbare voordelen bieden zonder dat je een land hoeft op te offeren.
