About Molten Birth

Molten Birth, Sorcery, designed by Jaime Jones first released in Jul, 2013 in the set Magic 2014 and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.08.

A deck that focuses on token generation and aggressive strategies would benefit from using Molten Birth, as it provides additional creatures to attack with while potentially allowing for a repeatable token generation if the coin flip is won. However, there are more efficient cards for token generation in red, such as Dragon Fodder or Krenko's Command, which provide guaranteed token production without the randomness of a coin flip. Molten Birth could see play in more casual or fun decks looking to take advantage of its unique mechanics, but in competitive settings, more consistent options may be preferred.

Rules

07/12/18

If you win the flip, Molten Birth goes directly from the stack to its owner’s hand. It never goes to a graveyard.
