Planar Collapse, Enchantment, designed by Mark Zug first released in May, 2020 in the set Urza's Legacy and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.82.
A deck that focuses on controlling the board and maintaining a low creature count would benefit from using Planar Collapse, as it provides a powerful board wipe effect that can be strategically timed to clear the field of threats. While Planar Collapse is a strong card for creature-heavy matchups, there are better options available such as Wrath of God or Damnation, which offer similar effects without the condition of needing a specific creature count. However, Planar Collapse could still see play in certain metagames or decks that can consistently meet its requirement for maximum value.

If this card is not on the battlefield when the ability resolves, then you can’t sacrifice it. However, you still destroy all creatures.

This ability does not trigger at all if there are not 4 or more creatures on the battlefield. It also checks this at the start of resolution and does nothing if this is not still true.
