Transformative Commons would mainly benefit a Simic (green-blue) “Superfriends” or planeswalker-heavy deck, where controlling a planeswalker lets it enter untapped, but its early-game drawback is significant because you may not control a planeswalker when you need your mana most. In most decks, better options include Breeding Pool, which has land types and can enter untapped for 2 life; Yavimaya Coast, which reliably enters untapped and provides both colors; Botanical Sanctum, especially in faster formats; and Dreamroot Cascade or Hinterland Harbor in decks that can consistently meet their untapped conditions. Even in a planeswalker deck, Transformative Commons is generally worse than these alternatives because it lacks land types, has no useful additional abilities, and its condition is narrower than simply paying life or controlling lands. It could see play as a budget or casual inclusion in a Simic Superfriends Commander deck, but it is unlikely to deserve slots in competitive Const
