Wonder is a powerful card that can benefit decks focused on blue and creature-heavy strategies, especially those with a strong emphasis on flying creatures. Decks that rely on evasion and airborne threats would greatly benefit from having Wonder in their graveyard, providing all creatures with flying as long as an Island is in play. While there may be other cards that offer similar effects, Wonder's flexibility and synergy with Island-based strategies make it a strong contender for inclusion in decks looking to dominate the skies. Overall, Wonder is a valuable addition to decks that prioritize flying creatures and can certainly see play in the right build.
