Flare, Instant, designed by Drew Tucker first released in Jun, 1995 in the set Ice Age and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 3.42.
This card, Flare, would be beneficial in a burn or aggressive red deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides direct damage to a target while also providing card advantage.
