What is Vintage?

Vintage, originally known as Type 1 or Type I, is an eternal format that allows for the use of almost all printed cards, save Acorn cards and/or having a non-Standard Magic back (other than Double-Faced Card/Meld Card), as well as certain cards banned for causing problems in sanctioned tournaments. Your deck must be at least 60 cards. Up to fifteen cards may be included in your sideboard, if you use one. Include no more than four copies of any individual card in your main deck and sideboard combined (except basic lands).
