This card, Snickering Squirrel, could be beneficial in a deck that focuses on manipulating dice rolls or has synergies with dice-based mechanics. However, in a competitive Magic: the Gathering environment, there are likely better cards with more impactful abilities to include in a deck. While Snickering Squirrel's ability to adjust die rolls can be fun and flavorful, it may not be strong enough to see consistent play in more optimized decks.
