About Truce
Truce, Instant, designed by Melissa A. Benson first released in Oct, 1995 in the set Homelands and was printed exactly in 3 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 12.53.
A control or defensive deck that focuses on card advantage and life gain would benefit from using Truce in Magic: the Gathering. While Truce can provide some card draw and life gain, there are better options like Sphinx's Revelation or Timely Reinforcements that offer more significant benefits for a similar cost. Truce may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limited impact compared to other options available.
