Distributors in the United States began, this Tuesday (26), the official pre-sale of Lorwyn Eclipsed, the new set for Magic: The Gathering scheduled for January 23, 2026.
The announcement, however, came with some unpleasant news: some products will have a price increase starting next year.
Among the items with adjustments are:

Bundles now cost US$57.99, an increase of US$4 compared to the current price.

The box with 12 Collector Boosters will be priced at US$ 323.88, which is equivalent to US$ 26.99 per unit, an increase of US$ 2 per booster or US$ 24 per box.

Each Commander Deck will be priced at $49.99, an increase of $5. The four-deck display will have a suggested retail price of $199.96.
The Lorwyn Eclipsed pre-order also reveals two new product lines arriving with the set:

Preconstructed Decks (name subject to change) are 60-card decks. The pre-orders didn't detail the decks' purpose, but the community speculates they're aimed at beginners or themed experiences. The decks have a MSRP of $23.99 each.

The Draft Night Box is geared towards the Draft format, with 12 Play Boosters, 1 Collector Booster, and 90 land cards. The product has a suggested retail price of US$89.99 and is designed for tables with four players and can encourage the Pick-Two Draft format, in which each player chooses two cards per pack instead of one.
Despite the price increase on most products, Play Boosters remain at the same suggested price of US$ 5.49 per pack or US$ 164.70 per box.
As of the publication of this news, Wizards of the Coast has not commented on the price increase.
