Inferno Titan, Creature — giant, designed by Sam Burley first released in Jun, 2002 in the set Magic Online Promos and was printed exactly in 16 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Commander. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.01. It's a key card in 1 combos.
A deck that focuses on aggressive strategies and dealing direct damage would benefit from including Inferno Titan, as its ability to deal 3 damage upon entering the battlefield or attacking can quickly eliminate threats or pressure the opponent. While Inferno Titan is a strong card, some decks may prefer other options like Primeval Titan for ramp or Grave Titan for generating tokens. Ultimately, whether Inferno Titan should see play depends on the specific strategy and synergies of the deck in question.

You divide the damage as you put Inferno Titan’s triggered ability on the stack, not as it resolves. Each target must be assigned at least 1 damage. (In other words, as you put the ability on the stack, you choose whether to have it deal 3 damage to a single target, 2 damage to one target and 1 damage to another target, or 1 damage to each of three targets.)
