This card, Divination, would benefit control decks in Magic: the Gathering by providing card advantage and helping to dig deeper into the deck for answers. While it is a solid card draw option for its cost, there are better alternatives such as Chemister's Insight which offers the same card draw but with the added flexibility of being able to jump-start it from the graveyard. Divination could see play in budget or beginner decks, but more competitive decks may opt for more efficient card draw options.
