Cao Cao, Lord of Wei, Legendary creature — human soldier, designed by Gao Jianzhang first released in May, 1999 in the set Portal Three Kingdoms and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 44.20.
This card could be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's hand size and resources. However, there are better options available such as Liliana of the Veil, which provides a more versatile and impactful discard effect. While Cao Cao, Lord of Wei can be situationally useful, it may not see much play in competitive Magic: The Gathering decks due to its higher mana cost and limited effect compared to other options.
