Clairvoyance fits best in slow control, combo, or graveyard/recycle-synergy decks that can afford to hold up 7 resources and benefit from seeing five cards deep at instant speed, selectively recycling unwanted cards, then drawing two; it is especially useful when finding specific answers or combo pieces matters more than raw tempo. However, at 7 cost it is likely too slow for aggressive, midrange, or most tempo decks, and even control decks may prefer cheaper draw, tutoring, or card-selection effects if those exist in the format, because paying 7 for no immediate board impact is a major liability. Without the rest of the Riftbound card pool, no specific card can definitively be called better, but any efficient 2–4 cost draw/filter spell, or a card that searches directly for the needed spell/unit, will usually outperform Clairvoyance unless its reaction timing and recycle effect are specifically valuable. It should see niche play as a one- or two-copy late-game consistency tool in very
