Disrupting Scepter, Artifact, designed by Dan Frazier first released in May, 2020 in the set Limited Edition Alpha and was printed exactly in 19 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 3.30.
Disrupting Scepter can be beneficial in a control or discard-focused deck, as it allows for targeted disruption of the opponent's hand. However, there are better options available such as Liliana of the Veil or Thoughtseize which provide more versatile and impactful effects. Disrupting Scepter may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limited scope and higher cost compared to other more efficient discard options.
