About Frenetic Sliver

A deck that focuses on Sliver tribal synergy would benefit from including Frenetic Sliver, as it provides a useful way to protect Sliver permanents from certain removal. However, due to the randomness of the coin flip mechanic, more reliable protection options like counterspells or indestructible effects may be preferred in competitive play.
