This card, Puppet Master, would be beneficial in a control deck that focuses on recurring creatures and maintaining board presence. While it offers a way to protect and reuse key creatures, there are potentially better options such as Animate Dead or Dance of the Dead which provide similar effects with more flexibility and efficiency. Puppet Master could see play in a deck looking for redundancy in recursion effects, but may not be a top choice compared to other options available.
