Season of the Witch, Enchantment, designed by Jesper Myrfors first released in Aug, 1994 in the set The Dark. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 168.58.
A deck that focuses on controlling the board and forcing opponents to attack would benefit from using Season of the Witch, as it can punish opponents for not attacking and help maintain board presence. However, there are more efficient cards available that offer similar effects without the drawback of having to pay life each turn, such as No Mercy or Dread. Season of the Witch could see play in specific strategies that can capitalize on its unique effect, but overall it may not be the most optimal choice for competitive play.

At the beginning of every end step, regardless of whose turn it is, the second ability triggers. When it resolves every creature that could have been declared as an attacker during that turn’s Declare Attackers Step but wasn’t will be destroyed.
