About Rowen

Rowen, Enchantment, designed by Jon J Muth first released in Feb, 1997 in the set Visions and was printed exactly in 4 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 4.61.

A deck focused on ramping and drawing cards, such as a green-based midrange or control deck, would benefit from including Rowen in their strategy. While Rowen can provide incremental card advantage by drawing extra cards when revealing basic lands, it may not be as efficient as other cards that offer similar effects, such as Courser of Kruphix or Tireless Tracker. Whether Rowen should see play would depend on the specific deck and its overall game plan, as well as the availability of better alternatives in the card pool.

The first sentence is a continuous ability. You reveal the card when you draw it, during the resolution of any draw effect. The second sentence is a triggered ability, and thus will wait until the entire draw effect finishes resolving before you do it.
