Dovescape

Don't let anyone play noncreature magic, putting X creatures 1/1 after countering it.

Guile

"steals" the nullified spell by playing it yourself. If those two are on the battlefield, your opponents can't play noncreature spells because if they do, you'll steal each and only you create 1/1 bird tokens.
