This card, Eye for an Eye, would be beneficial in a control deck that aims to punish aggressive strategies by turning their own damage against them. While it can be a situational and risky card to play, it can be effective in certain matchups. However, there are better options available in Magic: the Gathering, such as Deflecting Palm or Settle the Wreckage, which offer similar effects with more flexibility and reliability. Eye for an Eye may not see widespread play in competitive decks, but it can be a fun and surprising inclusion in casual or themed decks.
