Danish player Simon Nielsen became the champion of Pro Tour Modern Horizons 3 after beating American Sam Pardee in the finals, in a mirror match of the event's breakout deck, Bant Nadu.

In a Top 8 with five copies of Bant Nadu, the remaining competitors, Javier Dominguez (Jeskai Control), Seth Manfield (Mono Black Necrodominance) and Ma Noah (Mono Black Necrodominance) were defeated in the Top 8 rounds, making the semi-final matches turn into Nadu, Winged Wisdom mirrors, where Simon's more traditional Bant () variant beat Daniel Goetschel's* four-color version.
