Tetsuo Umezawa, Legendary creature — human archer, designed by Julie Baroh first released in Jun, 1994 in the set Legends and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of 644.32.
Tetsuo Umezawa would be a valuable addition to a control deck that focuses on removal and disruption, particularly against creature-heavy strategies. While its ability to avoid being targeted by Aura spells is unique, there are more efficient removal options available in the format, such as cards like Terminate or Fatal Push. Tetsuo Umezawa could see play in specific metagames where its abilities are particularly relevant, but in general, there are better options for removal in most decks.

This card can be enchanted by moving Auras onto it. The “can’t be the target” text is different from “can’t be enchanted” in that it only applies to Aura spells when they are being cast.
