Een kaartspel dat zich richt op agressieve strategieën en landingstriggers zou baat hebben bij het opnemen van Brushfire Elemental, omdat het een snelle, ontwijkende dreiging biedt die bij elke landdaling in kracht kan groeien. Hoewel er mogelijk andere kaarten zijn die in bepaalde situaties mogelijk krachtiger kunnen zijn, maakt Brushfire Elemental's combinatie van haast, ontwijking en groeipotentieel het een sterke kanshebber voor opname in decks die vroege druk willen uitoefenen en een sterke aanwezigheid op het bord willen behouden.
