Wortelgebonden rots, Land, designed by Matt Stewart first released in Jul, 2009 in the set Magic 2010 and was printed exactly in 26 different ways. It see play in 2 formats: Commander and Duel Commander. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 0.22.

Een kaartspel dat zich richt op rode en groene manabronnen, zoals een Gruul- of Jund-kaartspel, zou baat hebben bij het gebruik van Rootbound Crag omdat het toegang biedt tot beide kleuren mana. Hoewel Rootbound Crag een solide optie voor twee landen is, zijn er betere alternatieven zoals Stomping Ground of Copperline Gorge die consistenter ongebruikt in het spel komen. Rootbound Crag kan echter nog steeds spel zien in budgetdecks of in decks die extra dubbele landen nodig hebben om hun manabasis te ondersteunen.

For example, if you control Temple Garden (a nonbasic land with the land types Forest and Plains), Rootbound Crag will enter the battlefield untapped.
