Flicker, Sorcery, designed by Douglas Shuler first released in May, 2020 in the set Urza's Destiny. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of € 6.29.
This card, Flicker, would be beneficial in a deck focused on enter-the-battlefield triggers, such as creatures with powerful abilities when they enter the battlefield. While Flicker is a solid choice for its simplicity and low cost, a more versatile option could be Eldrazi Displacer, which allows for repeated flickering at the cost of 2 generic and 1 white mana. Flicker should definitely see play in decks looking to abuse enter-the-battlefield effects, but Eldrazi Displacer may offer more flexibility and value in the long run.
01/08/05
This spell effectively “resets” the permanent to being just like it was freshly cast. All counters, Auras, effects, and so on are removed when it is exiled. Then it comes back onto the battlefield like new.
04/10/04
It will trigger “enters the battlefield” abilities and “leaves the battlefield” abilities. Note that the card does not go to the graveyard, so it will not trigger “goes to the graveyard” abilities.
