Muddle, the Ever-Changing zou het beste passen in een **UR (Izzet) spellslinger-tempo of midrange-deck** dat een hoge dichtheid aan instants en tovenarijen speelt en tegelijkertijd een reeks sterke, niet-legendarische wezens beheert met krachtige aanvalstriggers, gevechtsschadetriggers of statische vaardigheden die het kopiëren waard zijn - denk aan wezens als Combat Celebrant, Inferno Titan, Dockside Extortionist (als niet-legendarisch mogelijk zou zijn, hoewel dat niet het geval is), of waarde-engines zoals Young Pyromancer-achtige lichamen die meegroeien met gevechten.
