This card, Wolf's Quarry, would benefit a deck focused on token generation and life gain synergies in a green-heavy deck. While it provides value with the creation of Boar tokens and Food tokens, it may be outclassed by more efficient token generators or life gain cards like March of the Multitudes or Feed the Clan in competitive play. However, in a casual or themed deck, Wolf's Quarry could still see play for its flavorful and fun interactions.
