Hold priority and in response cast Naru Meha
With Naru Meha's ability copy Displace.
With the Displace copy, target Naru Meha and Overhwelmed Apprentice.
Upon entering the battlefield, Overwhelmed Apprentice is going to mill two cards from the opponent's library.
Upon entering the battlefield again, target the original Displace with Naru Meha's ability.
For each time you cast a copy of Displace, Overwhelmed Apprentice is going to mill cards from the top of the opponent upon entering the battlefield.
Repeat the process for infinite mill.
