About Accursed Witch // Infectious Curse

Accursed Witch // Infectious Curse, Creature — human shaman , designed by Wesley Burt & Wesley Burt first released in September 2022 in the set Shadows over Innistrad and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of $ 0.29.

This card could be beneficial in a control or stax deck aiming to disrupt opponents' strategies by making their spells more expensive while gaining incremental life advantage. However, its high mana cost and situational nature may limit its effectiveness compared to other options like Liliana's Contract, which provides a more impactful win condition. Overall, while Accursed Witch // Infectious Curse could have niche applications, it may not be a top choice for competitive play in most scenarios.

Rules

04/08/2016

Accursed Witch's first ability affects all spells cast by your opponents that target it, including Aura spells and spells that have additional targets. It doesn't affect abilities.

04/08/2016

If an effect causes Accursed Witch to transform on the battlefield, rather than leaving it and returning transformed, then Infectious Curse doesn't become attached to any player and is put into your graveyard. This won't cause abilities that trigger when a creature leaves the battlefield to trigger.

04/08/2016

Infectious Curse's middle ability affects all spells you cast that target the enchanted player, including Aura spells and spells that have additional targets. It doesn't affect abilities.
