Chitinous Graspling, as a 4-mana (3GU hybrid) changeling with reach, would primarily fit into a tribal or typal synergy deck—especially ones that care about specific creature types (like Slivers, Elves, Zombies, or Party) or that benefit from “all creature types” interactions such as with Maskwood Nexus or cards that count creature types in the graveyard; however, on raw efficiency it’s underpowered unless it has unusually strong stats, since a vanilla or near-vanilla 4-drop with reach is below rate in most formats.
