Elite Interceptor // Rejoinder looks best suited for a tempo or blink-based Azorius (white-blue) deck that values flexibility, incremental card draw, and battlefield control, especially one that can repeatedly reset or re‑“prepare” creatures to reuse the spell-copy effect.
