Enduring Curiosity would be a great fit in a blue control deck that focuses on card advantage and tempo. Its ability to draw cards whenever a creature deals combat damage provides consistent card draw, while its ability to return to the battlefield as an enchantment after dying adds resilience. While there may be better cards in some situations, such as Thassa, Deep-Dwelling for a similar effect with more versatility, Enduring Curiosity could see play in decks looking to maintain card advantage and board presence.
