**Germination Practicum** is best suited for a creature‑heavy green deck that goes wide—such as Selesnya (G/W) or mono‑green counters/token strategies—because it massively rewards having multiple creatures on board; putting two +1/+1 counters on each creature is already strong, and the Paradigm ability makes it snowball quickly in grindy games by repeating the effect each turn without additional mana investment. It would especially shine in +1/+1 counter synergy decks (e.g., with Hardened Scales–type effects, Conclave Mentor, or creatures that trigger on counters being placed). However, at five mana and sorcery speed, it competes with very powerful alternatives like **Overrun**, **Craterhoof Behemoth**, or **End-Raze Forerunners** (which often win immediately), and with scalable counter engines like **Cathars' Crusade** or **Felidar Retreat**, which can generate more long-term value.
