A deck focused on controlling the board by disrupting opponents' artifact-based strategies would benefit from including Kill Switch. While Kill Switch can be effective in certain situations, there are potentially better options available, such as Karn, the Great Creator, which not only taps artifacts but also shuts them down completely. Whether Kill Switch should see play ultimately depends on the specific meta and strategy of the deck in question.
