Knowledge Seeker is a great addition to a blue-based control or tempo deck that focuses on drawing multiple cards per turn. It can be particularly powerful in decks that utilize card draw engines and want to maintain card advantage. However, there may be better options depending on the specific strategy of the deck, such as Jace, Vryn's Prodigy for card advantage or Delver of Secrets for tempo.
