Mistcaller would be beneficial in a deck that aims to disrupt graveyard strategies or prevent opponents from cheating creatures into play without casting them. Decks that focus on controlling the board and slowing down aggressive strategies would find Mistcaller useful. However, there are potentially better cards like Grafdigger's Cage or Tormod's Crypt that offer more versatile and powerful graveyard hate effects.
