A deck focused on aggressive creature strategies, such as a Red Deck Wins or a Gruul Midrange deck, would benefit from including Pandemonium as it can turn creature ETB triggers into direct damage to the opponent or their creatures. However, a potentially better alternative could be Warstorm Surge, which has a similar effect but guarantees the damage to the opponent and scales with the creature's power. Whether Pandemonium should see play would depend on the specific strategy and synergy within the deck, as it can be a powerful tool in the right context.

The triggered ability does not check the creature’s power until the ability resolves. If the creature is not on the battlefield when the ability resolves, it does damage equal to the power of the creature right before it left the battlefield. This means that if a creature enters the battlefield which can destroy itself as a “enters the battlefield” ability, the order of resolution of the triggered abilities does not matter.
