However, while Planequake can be a powerful board wipe in the right circumstances, its effectiveness may be limited by its high mana cost and the requirement to deal 10 or more damage to trigger the plot booster. Players may find more consistent and versatile options in cards like Anger of the Gods or Chandra's Pyrohelix, which offer similar effects at a lower cost.
