Ring of Ma'rûf, Artifact, designed by Dan Frazier first released in Dec, 1993 in the set Arabian Nights and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of $ 89.90.
This card, Ring of Ma'rûf, would benefit a combo deck that relies on specific silver bullet cards from outside the game to win. However, in competitive play, it may be too slow and restrictive compared to other tutor cards like Demonic Tutor or Enlightened Tutor, which can fetch any card from your deck rather than just outside the game. Therefore, Ring of Ma'rûf may not see much play in high-level Magic: the Gathering tournaments.

Ring of Ma’rûf works a little differently than the Wishes from others sets. Rather than letting you simply put a card into your hand from outside the game, this ability replaces your next draw. If you wouldn’t draw a card during the rest of the turn, the ability won’t have any effect.
