This card would be best suited for a Wizard tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, where you have multiple Wizard creatures on the battlefield to maximize its card draw ability. While Riptide Director can be powerful in the right deck, there are arguably better options like Azami, Lady of Scrolls or Naru Meha, Master Wizard that provide more consistent card advantage or utility.
