About The Everforger
The Everforger, Legendary artifact creature — construct, designed by Chris Seaman first released in August 2026 in the set Mystery Booster Commander Edition.
The Everforger best leads a five-color artifact-creature/Equipment value deck that exploits normally off-color cards such as Esper, Boros, and Naya artifact creatures while using every basic land to fix mana; prioritize expensive nonlegendary artifact creatures with strong ETBs and Equipment worth having duplicates of, since copied spells are not cast, legendary copies immediately face the legend rule, and copied Equipment does not attach itself. It is a fun casual commander because it both relaxes color identity and supplies reliable once-per-turn material advantage, especially with flash effects that let it copy a spell on each player's turn, but six mana with no mana production, cost reduction, protection, or immediate board impact makes it too slow for high-power or competitive play.
