About Waylay
Waylay, Instant, designed by Greg Staples first released in May, 2020 in the set Urza's Saga. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of $ 0.35.
The Waylay card would be beneficial in a white weenie or token-based deck in Magic: the Gathering, providing a quick and temporary board presence. While it can be a useful tool for aggressive strategies, there are other cards like Raise the Alarm or Secure the Wastes that offer more flexibility and lasting impact. Waylay may not see much play in competitive decks due to its temporary nature and limited impact compared to other token-generating cards.
