Zulaport Chainmage, Creature — human shaman ally, designed by Chris Rallis first released in Jan, 2016 in the set Oath of the Gatewatch and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It's currently being selled by the minimum price of $ 0.35.
This Zulaport Chainmage card would be a great addition to a Black-based Ally tribal deck in Magic: the Gathering, as it provides a repeatable way to drain your opponent's life. However, there are better options available, such as Kalastria Healer, which drains 1 life from each opponent whenever an Ally enters the battlefield under your control. While Zulaport Chainmage could see play in a budget or more casual deck, competitive Ally decks would likely opt for more impactful options like Kalastria Healer.

To activate a cohort ability, the Ally with that ability must have been under your control continuously since the beginning of your most recent turn. Informally, it can’t have “summoning sickness.” However, the other Ally you tap can be one that just came under your control. (Note that tapping the second Ally doesn’t use [the tap symbol].)
